Are you a passionate Crystal Palace Football Club supporter and enthusiastic and dedicated about providing excellent customer service?


We are looking to recruit a voluntary group of supporters, who can help Crystal Palace Disabled Supporters Association on both home and away match days.


You will be part of the matchday team and will be a visible point of contact providing information, directions and responding to any queries that home supporters may have


You will also be required to assist disabled supporters, help with match specific issues or questions, and give feedback to assist the club, with the goal to try to improve matchday experience for home and away fans.


By being a matchday ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the best quality of support to enhance supporters’ matchday experience.


Please note you are not employed by CPFC but you are a representative of the CPFC DSA. The role is to guide, direct any issues or concerns to the DSA by supplying the supporter with the relevant contact information.


If there is an issue that you need assistance with immediately on match days, then contact must be made to a steward at the time so that the club can action if necessary.  


Photo identity may be issued by the club or the DSA and on occasions we may meet on matchdays to discuss any questions or concerns that you, the club or the DSA may have.






• Available and committed to attending home matches throughout the season, on weekdays or at weekends.


• To arrive at Selhurst Park on matchdays one hour prior to kick off.



If Photo identity with a Lanyard is issued for identification, so that the supporters can recognise you, then these will remain the property of the club and will need to be returned if your role does not continue. On occasions we may meet on matchdays to discuss any questions or concerns that you, the club or the DSA may have.
