(To VAR or not VAR) - Well as you can most likely tell from my title this month I'm absolutely fuming with VAR, how on Earth was that not a red card at the Chelsea game? Not only did he stay on he then made the assist for their first goal.
Firstly I would say we were all shocked and saddened by the death of Her Majesty The Queen. All of us on the Committee would like to send our condolences to all her family. God save the King.

New members, Twitter and Football is back! Well at long last the new season has arrived and we can all get back to enjoying our football again 
Karen Green with the original FA Cup
Just to let you know that a JustGiving page has been set up for our friend Karen Green who passed away at the end of May 2022. The donations are to fundraise for Marie Curie, a charity that was very special to Karen.
We are saddened to hear that CPFC DSA member Ian Hayhow passed away suddenly on the 28th July. We send our condolences to Ian's family and friends at this sad time.
Crystal Palace's final Pre-Season match saw them run out 4-2 winners against Montpellier on Saturday afternoon at Selhurst Park. Full details here: Can't wait for the season to start on Friday.....
